Terms and Conditions of Hire

Application of the Terms

  1. The booking forms a contract between Lohengrin Co., Ltd. (herein after referred to as the Company) and the customer (herein after referred to as the Guest.) Through booking, the Guest accepts that they agree with the terms and conditions. 

  2. The Guest may use the service on the condition that they agree with all of the contents of the Terms and Conditions of Hire and that they abide by the conditions. 
     

Definition of Terms

The terms will be defined as follows for the purposes of the Terms and Conditions of Hire.

  1. "The Company" refers to Lohengrin Co., Ltd. 

  2. "The Guest" refers to any individual using the service. 

  3. "Service" refers to the relevant tours and chauffeur services that the Guest is using,

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. The Company's cancellation policy is as follows:
    No-show                                          100%
    Same day or 6 hours before the tour     100%
    One day before                                   80%
    Two or three days before                      50%
    Four days before                                 30%
     

  2. The time for the cancellation policy is determined based on the start time of the tour.

  3. A Guest will be considered a no-show if they do not show up within 30 minutes after the start time of the tour. 

  4. In the event of a major disaster such as typhoon, flood, or earthquake, the service will be cancelled and the Guest will be refunded the full amount.

  5. Changes to the booking may be done free of charge until five days prior to the date of the service. From four days prior to the date of service, any changes to the booking will be treated as a new booking. The cancellation of the original booking will follow the cancellation policy above. 

Privacy Policy

 

  1. The User's data (such as names, address, phone numbers) will not be shared with a third party. 

  2. Any use of photos of User's during a tour will only be used on the site with permission from the User. 

Liability

  1. Lohengrin will be exempt from damages or loss of customer property except in cases where the damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the company and /or its employees.

  2. In the case of damages of the Company's property caused by the Guest, the Guest will be responsible for compensation.
